Sean Tubby completed the HNC in Vehicle Operations Management in 2010, and continues to work as an HGV technician for Hendy Van & Truck in Southampton.

He has recently completed the 2011 Mongol Rally in a VW camper van.

The automotive industry is constantly changing and the only way to keep up is through work based learning. I studied my HNC alongside an apprenticeship, so I have practical experience and underpinning knowledge.

Since completing it I’ve taken every training opportunity that comes my way, and my employer recognises that.
